Who we are

This website (milwaukeeshala.org) provides public information about Milwaukee Marathi Shala, a community Marathi language school associated with Milwaukee Marathi Mandal. School content, admissions, fees, and program decisions are the responsibility of the school / mandal community.

Website technology and hosting support may be provided by Saaniya Software LLC. Saaniya Software LLC is a software company and is not the school. The separate GuruVidyaZen SISLMS portal is a product of Saaniya Software LLC and is governed by that product’s own terms and privacy policy when you use it—not by this marketing-site policy.

Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies only to milwaukeeshala.org (this public marketing / community website). Separate policies apply to SISLMS, Google Forms, Zelle, Facebook, and other third-party sites.

Information we collect

This site is primarily informational. We do not operate a student information system (SIS) or grade database on milwaukeeshala.org. Typical interactions:

• Contact and volunteer forms: name, email, phone (optional), and message — which may be emailed to mmm.marathishala@gmail.com so the school can reply
• Links to email (mmm.marathishala@gmail.com) and off-site admissions Google Forms

Fee payments and donations via Zelle are processed by the payee shown on the Pay page—not by Saaniya Software LLC. Do not send payment card or Zelle credentials to this website.

Retention and security

Form messages are retained via email / configured delivery channels for as long as needed for school operations. We use reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee that internet transmission is completely secure.

Your rights
